First up is work. I had a boat load of hours these past two weeks . I am so happy because I’m starting my Christmas shopping . I made a “Christmas Present Folder” that contains everyone’s lists, my gift ideas, and the printed order confirmations of online purchases . I’m very organized this year (so far), which is not like me at all. Hopefully it continues and by mid-December I will be finished . I’ve found a lot of things online that are what people want, only cheaper, so it’s really nice. Not to mention I don’t have to go into any stores to get their gifts .

Sad news though. Due to financial issues, I won’t be able to go on my trip to Ireland in the Summer, which I am severely bummed about . I’d need to pay about $2400 by Late February, and due to my odd school hours and new job mixture, along with other issues, there’s no way I’d have the money by then or soon after. I haven’t told Meggers because I’m scared. She’ll be upset and I really don’t like breaking bad news. Then again, who does? If you like giving people bad news, you’re one suck kid.

We had a career fashion show at the college today. I wasn’t able to model because I wasn’t sure what my Math schedule would be (if we’d have a test or not) and by the time I did, the list was made and it was too late . So I helped dress, line up models, and basically check for tags and other things. The Salvation Army opened a store around here a few weeks ago, so they were in the show. They actually fit in really well so I hope that boosts their business. Seeing all of the winter business wear made me want to go shopping. I didn’t dare go to Macy’s or anything like that because I didn’t want to spend a lot on myself (Christmas coming and all). So I ended up at Wet Seal because I love that store and I have a card there. I bought this sweater in that color (deep purple). I absolutely love it . It’s warm, but not suffocating, and it’s super soft. I wore it today at work and I am planning on purchasing another one, but perhaps a different style. I think if I had found it online, I would have skipped over it. I’m so glad they finally got a store here!

Where to start?! I was so freakin’ busy this weekend. Thanksgiving was wonderful. I had such a great time and I think everyone else did also. We laughed and shared stories…it was a good time. I really liked having J there with me. He did really well and it was nice to have him all to myself . We went to see Casino Royale that night. It was really good, but slightly long. Though, just as people were getting restless it ended, so maybe it was just perfect? Who knows?

Friday I worked from 10 until 8pm. I was so damn tired . We were pretty busy, so it was hard to keep track of everyone. I think we did a good job though. I got home, changed, and J and I went to watch K² and her friends bowl for about an hour. Then we went home and watched an older movie for the rest of the night. I had to work Saturday and then take care of some errands, so J ran around with his buddies until I had everything done. We ended up going to a party out in the middle of nowhere. It hadn’t really started yet, but I didn’t know anyone and it wasn’t much fun. We left and went to Stranger Than Fiction, which I liked, but J did not. He thought it totally sucked because it was a Will Ferrel movie and it wasn’t making everyone laugh constantly. I thought it was interesting and somewhat funny, but it’s not a guy movie. It’s a little girly.

So J left yesterday around 2 and got to Ohio about 12 hours later . I missed him so much last night. I hate going to bed and waking up alone all the time, especially after he’s just been there . So I brought back the body pillows and they’ll stay until he comes home again at Christmas. Hope you all had a great weekend. What was your favorite part?

First, the tests part. I managed a B on my business retailing test! We also got an A on our project…again. We got an A on the one before that. So that will really help my grade. My math test probably won’t be so nice, but I’ve got my hands on book now, so that should improve things there.

We’re getting ready for Prom at work . We’ll be pushing the dreses on Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving). I got last Saturday off, which was so nice. I had the day to myself to do whatever I wanted. I finally had myself a weekend . I went to church at 5pm and then I got to sleep in Sunday. I hadn’t been sleeping well since I read a really horrible article about two kids who did something terrible to a pet dog. It made me cry for an hour . It was awful and I couldn’t sleep without the lights on because I was constantly checking on my own dog to make sure she was okay. We had a mouse in the laundry room, so traps were set and I was so scared my dog would come across one of those and get hurt (even though she was blocked away from all of them). So I was freaking myself out for about two days. But it was still nice to have a free weekend and I won’t get another one until Dec. 30th because that is my family’s Christmas and we’ll be out of town . Though technically, that’s not really a free weekend.

I love them. I am in love with Buckcherry . I will be playing the CD over and over and over all week. I guarantee it. Maybe even 2 weeks…solid . That’s one of my favorites. I put it on my Myspace if you’d like to hear it. Another great one is “Sorry,” if you ever check them out. Their new CD is titled, “15″ because that’s how many days it took for them to record it. Pretty clever, I think.

Anyway, nothing new on the school front. I actually understand math now and we have a test on Tuesday. I’m not sure how ready I am. I’ll be going over my notes this weekend and practicing. I have to do well on this exam. I also have to watch a video online and take a quiz so I can use the weight room at the college. They have to make sure you can properly use the equipment, so they make you watch a video and take a 10 point quiz. N told me she took a shower while the video was playing and took the quiz after. She got 8/10 so I know I’ll be fine. She works out at the same time I would be able to, so that will be nice. She hates doing it by herself and so would I!

That was Beyoncé - Irreplaceable. I keep playing it. If you’ve perused my site, you’ll know I’m a rock fan, but every once in a while I like a hip hop/pop song if I’m in the mood. I love this song. I don’t know what it is about it, but I really like it .

Cable Internet is the shit . I’m very happy! I can just browse around, do everything at once, and never wait a second ! Milo, I have no idea why you were so interested in me having cable. It’s rather stalker-ish .
